Our legal practice was founded by and our team of lawyers and paralegals are led by Ms Dimitra Birthisel LLB (Hons), BA (Hons) who was admitted to practise as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1997.

Dimitra Birthisel is also a registered Australian Migration Agent with Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) 1276119.

Migration Agents in Australia are required to be registered with the office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), ensuring that they adhere to a strict code of conduct when providing migration advice or assisting clients in obtaining an Australia visa.
